Goldsboro - Mrs. Soundra Lorraine Rowe Parks, 68 of 1049 LaGrange Road, passed on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at 1:00pm at Mt. Zion Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1289 Parkstown Road, LaGrange, NC. She will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm with the family arriving to greet friends from 7:00pm until 8:00pm at Mt. Zion Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1289 Parkstown Road, LaGrange, NC.
She was born in Camden, NJ to Allen Rowe and Lena Lewis Rowe. She is survived by her husband, George Parks, two children: Shuana Coley and Michael Parks and her siblings.
