Mr. Stanley James Surtain's Obituary
Dudley - Mr. Stanley James Surtain, 67 of 218 Rollingwood Drive, passed on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at home. The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 11:00am at Mt. Calvary FWB Church, 602 S. Wooten Street, LaGrange, NC with Bishop J.E. Reddick officiating. He will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC with military honors. There will be a visitation held on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 5:00pm until 6:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, Inc.
He was born on January 5, 1949 in New Orleans, LA to Joseph Surtain and Ruby Williams Surtain. He is survived by his wife, Carol Dove Surtain of the home.
