Ms. Thelma C. Parks, 89, passed on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 2:00pm with a viewing from 1:00pm to 1:45pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was on March 5, 1932 in Duplin County, NC to Ben Garner and Lucy Miller Garner. She is survived by her children.
