Lord this has heart my heart. I have known Mr. Theodore since I was 12 years old. That’s how old I was when my family purchased the house across the street from him. He and my Father became best friends and when my Father was diagnosed with cancer he helped my Mother take care of him. He was there when he died and made sure my Mother and I were ok. He was at every birthday of my kids until I moved away. This man was like my Grandfather. I am so sorry for the family’s loss he was a good man.
