My sincere condolences to Ted's family. I worked with Ted at GPD for almost 10 years. He was always helpful and kind-hearted. I am glad I had the opportunity to know him and work with him. I regret that I will be out of state on the day of his service. Although I cannot attend, my thoughts and prayers will be Ted's family. R.I.P. "Sarge."
