Kinston - Mrs. Toya Parks, 46, passed on Monday, September 7, 2020 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 1:00pm at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC.
She was born on February 19, 1974 in Lenoir County, NC to Hilda Dillahunt Powell. She is survived by her husband, children, mother, siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
