LaGrange - Mr. Ulysse McNeil, 74 of 3326 Walnut Grove Drive, passed on Friday, February 29, 2016 at the Brian Center, Goldsboro, NC. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 12:00 noon in the Nannie D. Loftin Memorial Chapel at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC. He will be laid to rest at Grant Cemetery, Browntown (Snow Hill), NC. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the chapel.
He was born in Marlboro County, SC to Lex McNeil and Mary Brown McNeil. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Briggs McNeil.
