SNOW HILL -- Vera P. Brown, 88, 1304 S.E. Second St., died Monday, February 13, 2012 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. Funeral will be Saturday, February 18, 2012 at noon at Faith United Holiness Church. Burial will be at Willow Dale Cemetery. She was born June 26, 1923, to the late Jessie Peten and Nan Taylor in Wayne County, North Carolina. She is survived by a son, Charles N. Brown.
