Evangelist Vera Ethelene Bryant Glass' Obituary
Mesa, Arizona - Evangelist Vera E. Glass, 75, formerly of Goldsboro, completed her earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Hospice of the Valley - Dobson Home, Chandler, Az. A Celebration of Her life will be held on December 9, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Legacy Funeral Home Rose Chapel, 1130 S. Horne, Mesa, Az.
Vera was born on January 28, 1948 to the late Kenneth and Ethel Hobbs Bryant. She was a graduate of Dillard High School Class of 1966 and CEO and founder of "He Restoreth My Soul Ministries." In addition to her parents, Vera was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Bryant, and Larry Bryant. She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters, Veralyn Johnson (Marcquette) and Ethel Jones {Keith) of Arizona, and Kenyatta as well as eight grandchildren. Her beloved brothers and sisters, Kenneth Bryant, Jr, Stanley Bryant, Iris Bryant, Ella Bryant, Veronica Bryant, Bernice Bryant, Nellie Birden (Michael), Eltralla Bryant all of Goldsboro, NC, Eliza Davis of Lanham, MD, Joseph Bryant (Jessie) of Hampton, VA., and Winifred Bryant of Winterville, NC. A host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and special friends of the family.
