Goldsboro - Ms. Victoria Cooper Moore, 58, passed on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11:00am at Goldsboro Chapel FWB Church, 1314 Ben Brewington Court, Goldsboro, NC with Elder James E. Collins officiating. She will be laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on February 18, 1957 in St. Augustine, Florida to William Russell Cooper and Annie Ruth Coley Cooper. She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Moore of the home and her siblings.
