Goldsboro - Ms. Virginia Felton, 64 of 215 Pinewood Drive, passed on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 2:00pm at Greenleaf Christian Church DOC, 2110 N. William Street, Goldsboro, NC with Rev. Dr. William J. Barber, II officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 3888 US Hwy 70, Princeton, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at the church.
She was born in Edenton, NC to Edward Duke Felton and Roberta Taylor Felton. She is survived by her son, Marco Connell Felton of the home; brother, Deacon David Scott (Connie) Felton of the home; sister, Berta Mae Glover of Edenton, NC; aunts: Mae Cofield of Edenton, NC and Mary Knight (George) of Norfolk, VA.
