Goldsboro - Ms. Vivine Ann "Vivi" Thomas, 63 of 1309 N. James Street, passed on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. The celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 1:30pm at the Bear Creek Association Headquarters, 1800 S. Slocumb Street, Goldsboro, NC with Reverend Dr. Arnold B. Coley as the eulogist. She will be laid to rest in the Wayne Memorial Park, 2965 US 117 Hwy, Dudley, NC. There will be a visitation held on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Bear Creek from 12:00pm until 1:15pm. She was born on December 2, 1950 in Wayne County, NC to Gladys Thomas Ford. She is survived by: a daughter, Lita Thomas Ricardson and son-in-law, Roy; her mother, Gladys Ford; two grandchildren; Bryona' Thomas and Bryson Richardson; four sisters: Wilma Hamilton, Helen (Mal) Reid, Celestine Coley and Diane Sellers; five brothers: Donnell (Sharon) Ford, Roderick (Shenile) Ford, Kedrick Ford, Ronnie (Brenda) Ford, and Jerry (Myra) Raynor; her aunt, Geraldine King; her uncle, Linwood (Wilhelmina) Thomas, and several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
