Mr. Walter Franklin Broadie's Obituary
Goldsboro - Mr. Walter "Frank" Broadie, 80 of 117 S. Georgia Ave., passed on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Willow Creek Nursing & Rehab Center, Goldsboro. The celebration of his life will be held graveside on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 2:00pm at Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 1:30pm to 2:00pm at the cemetery.
He was born on July 29, 1938 in Wayne County, NC to Sylvester and Dora Leftwridge Broadie. He is survived by three brothers: Marvin (Lois) Broadie of LaGrange, Charles Broadie of Durham and Fred (Diane) Broadie of New York and five sisters: Crystal (Archie) Bell of Washington, DC, Charity Marie Green, Dolly Mae McClarin, Vernestine Moses and Elizabeth (Eugene) McClarin all of Goldsboro, stepson, Anthony E. Harrison of Charlotte and special family: Don, Lisa and Braydon Barker.
