Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on from 12:00pm to 12:50pm at the funeral home.
He was born in Wayne County, NC on November 6, 1945 to Richard Swinson and Annie Faison Shirley.
