Goldsboro - Mr. Wayne Hezekiah Koonce Jr. (Hezzy), 71 of 808 East End Circle, passed on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. The celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 1:00pm at Goldsboro Chapel FWB Church, 1314 Ben Brewington Court, Goldsboro, NC with Pastor James E. Collins officiating. The interment will be private. There will be a visitation held on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 1:00pm until 6:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 5:00pm until 6:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
He was born on January 2, 1944 in Goldsboro, NC to Wayne Hezekiah Koonce Sr. and Beulah Alston Koonce.
