Mt. Olive Ms. Wendy Milton, 44, passed away on June 6, 2013 at home. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at 3:00pm at New Life Worship Center, 218 E. Maple Street, Mt. Olive, NC with Pastor Janice Williams officiating. The interment will be in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, 978 Corinth Church Rd, Rose Hill, NC. There will be a viewing held on Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm. She was born on August 19, 1968 in Brooklyn, NY to Mary Lue Brown Milton and the late Johnny Milton Jr. She is survived by her mother, Mary Lue Milton of Mt. Olive, NC and her children, LaTasha L. Milton of Durham, NC, Jenita Milton of Mt. Olive, NC, Jasmine Milton of Mt. Olive, NC, Asia Milton Drayton of Brooklyn, NY and Jimmy Milton of Marion, NC. A professional, dignified, sympathetic and compassionate service has been entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
