Goldsboro - Mr. Wilbert Parks, 83, passed on Friday, April 10, 2020 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. A memorial service to be held at a later date.
He was born on April 26, 1936 in Wayne County, NC to Willie and Ethel Wooten Parks Sr. He is survived by his sister, Martha Daniels; brothers: Willie Parks Jr. (Rosemarie) and Kenneth Parks (Karen) and two sons: Anthony and Kevin.
