Goldsboro - Mr. William Floyd Coley, 82, passed on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in Virginia Beach, VA. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 12:00 pm at the Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy's Road, Goldsboro, NC with Pastor Joe A. Jackson officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be viewing held on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 2:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm until 7:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations of Goldsboro.
He was born on August 15, 1934 in Wayne County, NC to William David Coley and Tempie Hamilton Coley. He is survived by four children.
The family is receiving friends at 805 S. Madison Ave., Goldsboro, NC, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession at 11:00am.
