Goldsboro - Mr. William Charles Herring Sr. 60, passed on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Carolina Humana Inc., Rocky Mount, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at 2:00pm at Rainbow Missionary Baptist Church, 1114 Lanefield Road, Warsaw, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Houston-Brinson Family Cemetery, Rainbow Road, Warsaw, NC. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
He was born on September 28, 1955 in Duplin County, NC to Willie Hazel Glaspie Herring and Dennis Herring. He is survived by his children: William Charles Herring Jr. of Goldsboro, NC, Angela Herring of Wallace, NC, Christina Herring of Goldsboro, NC and Demarkus Herring of Germany, his mother and seven siblings: James Herring (Mary) of New Bern, NC, Dennis Ray Herring (Linda) of Princeton, NC, Thomas Herring (JoAnn) of Goldsboro, NC, Johnny Herring of Warsaw, NC, Ruby Troublefield of Warsaw, NC, Mary Deloris McKiver (Jesse) of Kenansville, NC and Hazel Vann of Goldsboro, NC.
