Goldsboro - Mr. William Howard Sr., 88 of 203 Bayleaf Drive, passed on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at home. There will be a memorial celebration to honor his life on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC, with military honors.
He was born in New York, NY on December 31, 1929 to Mary Howard and Willie James. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Dees Howard; a daughter, Debra Howard and a son, William Howard Jr.
