Goldsboro - Mr. William Walter "Carnell" Raynor Jr., 71 of 925 Seaboard Street, passed on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at home. The celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, Jul;y 13, 2016 at 11:00am in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 7:00pm until 8:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations.
He was born in Wayne County, NC to Ruth Blue Raynor and the late Leonard Hinnant. He is survived by his mother and one daughter, Shani Devaughn.
