Goldsboro- With deep sorrow, we announce that Mr. William Harrison Smith age 73, was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 05, 2026 at UNC Health Wayne in Goldsboro, North Carolina. His unwavering faith was an inspiration to all, and we find peace knowing he is resting in the arms of the Savior. The Celebration of Life will be Friday, April 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM at J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27534. There will be a viewing from 10:00-10:50. He will be laid to rest at Golden Gate Memorial Gardens 4734 US Hwy 117 North, Pikeville, NC 27863. Please join us as we remember the family in prayer as they navigate during their time of bereavement.
