Kinston - Mr. Willie Ray Ormond, 75 of 2531 Hedge Street, passed on Sunday night, May 8, 2016 at home. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 1:00pm at Shady Grove FWB Church, 401 Shady Grove Church Road, Snow Hill, NC. He will be laid to rest in the Shady Grove FWB Church Cemetery. There will be a viewing held on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 1:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm until 7:00pm.
He was born in Lenoir County, NC to Richard Ormond and Mary Hart Ormond. He is survived by his wife, Linda Faye Hardy Ormond and children.
