Goldsboro - Mr. Willie Lee Rhodes Jr., 58 of Porter Street, passed on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 1:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC with Apostle Frank Dawson officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm in the chapel.
He was born on October 20, 1958 in Wayne County, NC to Willie Lee Rhodes Sr. and Hattie Delores Middleton Rhodes. He is survived his brothers and sisters: Thomas (Pearlniece) Rhodes, Patricia (Michael) Williams, Anthony (India) Rhodes, and Sheila (Terry) Rhodes. He also leaves to cherish his precious memories a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
