Goldsboro Ms. Yvette Elizabeth Pendleton, 65 of 101 N. Georgia Ave., passed on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Life celebration will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Pentecostal Holy Church, 600 E. Pine Street, Goldsboro with Reverend Dr. Derrick Sauls officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Old Mill Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations with the family present from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm. She was born on August 9, 1948 in Wayne County, NC to James and Clina Edwards Brown. She is survived by her children. Professional, sympathetic, dignified and compassionate service has been entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. The family is receiving friends at 1802 Beech Street, Goldsboro, NC, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
