Cleo was a beautiful, gracious woman, and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and myself. I always told everyone, how lucky I was to have a mother in law that was so kind and thoughtful. She cared so much for us, showing her love in so many ways. It is hard to accept that she is gone, when she held so much importance in our lives. I know she is in a good place with Hersel and Roger. Rest in peace Cleo.

With a heavy heart we must say good bye to an awesome woman cousin Cleo, my Grandmother, Mildred Bullock’s niece. Cleo touched so many lives. Her work will speak for her. She loved her family and cared deeply for everyone. She will be missed, but will live on in our hearts forever.
