Goldsboro- Ms. Cleo Rowe age 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at her residence surrounded by family and love. She was a warrior who endured much with grace, and we invite you to honor the remarkable legacy she leaves behind. The arrangements are currently incomplete but will be announces at a later date.
