“Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but, by the moments that take your breath away! Uncle Ray has left us all with many breath taking moments. He was a brilliant, kind, funny, thoughtful, and honest man. We have learned a lot from our many conversations and discussions with Uncle Ray. We have enjoyed the many occasions of brilliant banter between Uncle Ray and our mom. He was very clever and had a quick-wit that kept him way ahead on most debates. Uncle Ray was very patient and willingly shared information that has led to our person and professional growth and development. We always learned something after every chat with Uncle Ray. In all our conversations, he always ended with encouraging words.
Uncle Ray has left us all with a lifetime of cherished memories of a life well traveled, and well lived! He was a loving husband, caring father, devoted grandfather, awesome uncle, dependable friend, brilliant role-model, and great citizen. My deepest sympathy to his wife, Auntie Feanning, my cousins: Nicholas, Heather, Rafael, Dollie, Tiah and the rest of the family and friends. Know that those we love never leave, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near…Uncle Ray, you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith, well done good and faithful servant, well done. Rest peacefully! Gone but never ever forgotten! You will live on in our hearts and mind forever, always missed and always loved!
