Goldsboro - Mr. Frederick S. Parks, 96, completed his final mission on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the UNC Wayne Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 12:00pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:45am at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at a later date at the Elmwood Cemetery, 900 W. Brick Street (Hwy 117 Bypass), Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on July 26, 1926 in Wayne County, NC. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Outterbridge Parks; his children; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
