I remember Skippy doing the Dillard high school days, whenever I worked his neighborhood for the city of goldsboro if he was outside I greet him with a short

I will never forget the kindness Mr Isler showed me. He always had a good attitude that lifted my spirit everything I seen him. His wisdom, I know for a fact a lot of people have benefited from. Everytime he saw me looking a little down. His presence always made it better. And he would often tell me "Keep looking up cause god is looking down" I will never forget him. And the times he helped me become a better person. He will be greatly missed. My condolences go out to his family.
