She was apart of Word of Truth Missions for 15 years, visited the sick n shut-ins, took people in her home, and demonstrated the heart and compassion of Christ. She loved the Lord and could teach the Word. A quote she use to say busybodies doing nothing, but she would say be about our father's business is what one must be about. Amen. Our conversations were always upbeat and profoundly in reverence of Almighty God. She endeared her family children and grandchildren and siblings who preceeded her transitioning to a higher place.

Hazel was a person who was hard to forget. We had some good times when we worked at Community Crisis Center. She had a special relationship with everyone that came there for services. Whether it was for clothes, food, prayer…she always treated them with respect, kindness and love. She will be missed! My condolences and prayers are with you all.
