Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on February 23, 1942 in Goldsboro, NC to Dorthy Barnes and Hugh Jacobs. He leaves to cherish his loving and precious memories his loving and devoted wife of 48 years,Julia Dell Hicks Barnes; his children; grandchildren; great grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
