To Mrs. Gloria Williams and family. I was so sorry to hear of your lost. You are certainly in my thoughts and prayers. God be with you during this very difficult time. Shirley Grantham

To Mrs. Gloria and Family, just heard about Mr. Williams. My thoughts and prayers to you all. May God comfort and strengthen you all. Mr. Williams will be missed.
Sis. Lavern Ruffin

I am saddened in hearing of my friend's homegoing, but I am also happy to know that he is where I long to be. I pray this sentiment can be part of the family's outlook at this time of bereavement. We walked together for 13 years in Atkinson Chapel MB Church. We will walk together again soon in the Presence of our Lord.
Sending prayers of comfort to the Williams Family during this time of bereavement.
Love Wilbert, Mary & Sonya R Isler.

To the Williams Family, my wife Jackie, 1st Moderator C. Kittrell, (Lady Barbara), 2nd Vice W. Johnson, (Lady Joyce), the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, the Auxiliaries Leaders, the Pastors, the twenty-six churches, members, and friends of the Bear Creek Missionary Baptist Association send our love, prayers, and condolences to each of you during your time of grief.
The late Reverend James Williams is and will me missed for his love, passion, and praise for the Triune Godhead. He was kind and giving servant who constantly made a positive difference in the life of so many people. Personally, I feel like the Apostle Paul every time we met, who wrote of Oneiphorus in the 2 Timothy 1:16, by saying that “he often refreshed me.”
WE are saddened by his death, but we grieve with you, your family, and the Atkinson and Frist African Church families. Therefore, we commend each of you to our Heavenly Father who is able to meet all your needs. To reveal His presence each day to strengthen and guide you.
I leave you with the word from William Ward about life, “Life becomes an exciting adventure when we expect one pleasant surprise each day; when we show our gratitude freely and unashamedly; when we strive to do at least one anonymous act of kindness to someone who needs it most; when we seek to discover the beauty and goodness in every person we meet.” To me, that was Reverend James Williams. I will miss him, but he leaves us with an example of praising God at all times.
God continue to bless you!
In the Grip of Christ’s Grace,
Moderator Joe A. Jackson
