I grew across the street from The Whitley family all my formative years, and Mrs. Mary was one of the sweetest, nicest people I have ever met. She was always very warm and welcoming to us dusty kids on the sandhill. She will be deeply missed, and my heart goes out to the family. You are all in my prayers.
