I'll think often of Cousin Otis. We had our Butler/Simmons Family Reunion in 2019 and he REALLY enjoyed himself. I would see him at community yard sales in Kinston as well, as he would stop by our relatives house and I would ALWAYS recognize him from a distance and he would flash that smile. Resting easier Cuz.
